Return & Exchange Policy
At RILOXIS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Process: To start a return or exchange, you can contact us via our WhatsApp support or social media pages.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, or personal care items.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or via bank transfer/JazzCash/Easypaisa within a few business days.
